The Pershamaiski district court of Minsk has delivered a judgment without questioning the witnesses.

The Pershamaiski district court of Minsk fined in absentia activist Raman Halavashko 20 basic units by for posting a banner "Freedom to Charter-97," Radio Svaboda informs.

Judge Yury Harbatouski recognized the activist’s "guilt" on the basis of the screenshot from the Charter 97 website blocked in Belarus, the witnesses were not questioned, the court session took 15 minutes.

Earlier, European Belarus activist Leanid Kulakou was sentenced to 10 days of arrest for putting up such a banner, he was released in the evening of March 25.
