The art-installation "Freedom To Charter-97!" appeared in Brest. Unique graffiti appeared on Budiony Street, the reader informed the Charter97.org.

"This is an original street art installation in support of the Charter-97 and all fighters for the freedom of Belarus of the 21st century," – the reader said.

We remind, that Lukashenka's regime blocked the independent information resource Charter97.org on January 24. The first deputy minister of information Ihar Lutski confirmed the information about the blocking of the site. The Ministry of Information is headed by Aliaksandr Karliukevich.
