Salihorsk Police Ideologist Dies

He was 49 years old.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Pavel Havin died at the age of 50. For more than ten years he worked as deputy chief of Salihorsk police department on ideology and personnel work. His death was reported by the departmental newspaper of ‘On Guard’.

In general, Pavel Havin devoted more than a quarter of a century to personnel work in the police. He was awarded medals ‘For Irreproachable Service’ III degree and ‘For Outstanding Achievements in the Protection of Public Order’. In August 2023, he solemnly retired.
