Putin's inaugural speech consisted of omissions, and it was these omissions that were interesting. What Putin wanted to say, others said for him at that moment.
In general, this is the most favorite Putin's way of conveying the idea to respondents: to say one thing in the same manner and to do the exact opposite in meaning and style. A fairly peaceful formula was sewn into this edition of the inaugural speech in relation to the West: they say, only positive, the door is open, your turn, but our armoured train is on the side-track.
But in parallel and augmented reality, the main one-time event was the exercises of tactical nuclear forces in Belarus. This was Putin's real inaugural speech. It's just that Lukashenka said it for him...
