This was announced by the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen on Twitter.
‘Russia's relentless attacks mean Ukraine needs continued EU support. The European Commission will provide Ukraine with a loan of up to 35 billion euros as part of G7 commitments,’ she wrote.
According to von der Leyen, this is another major EU contribution to Ukraine's recovery.
