Drones Attack Russian Tula Region, Fires Everywhere

At least 10 loud explosions were heard.
On the night of January 17-18, attack drones attacked the Russian Tula Region, causing a fire in the area of an oil depot in the city of Uzlovaya. This was reported by the Russian publication Astra.
“The Tula Region was attacked by UAVs, local residents are reporting a fire in the area of an oil depot in the city of Uzlovaya,” the report says.
At the same time, local publics claim that several large fires broke out in the region at once, and the first explosions were heard around half past one in the morning.
“Loud sounds were heard in the Tula Region at about 1:30 am, more than 10 loud “bangs” were heard in total,” the report says.
In one of the videos published online, a man behind the scenes claims that at 2:28 a.m. eight drones flew over the area where he lives, one of which hit the target. However, the man did not specify where exactly the UAV hit.
Tula Region Governor Alexey Dyumin confirmed that a drone attack caused a fire at one of the enterprises.
“Tonight, the Tula Region was attacked by the Kyiv regime. The air defense forces of the Russian Defense Ministry are conducting combat operations. A fuel tank caught fire at one of the enterprises in the region,” Dyumin noted.
He also emphasized that, according to preliminary information, there were no casualties.
The Ukrainian side did not comment on the drone strike on the Tula Region at the time of publication of the material.
