The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry has summoned a representative of the Russian embassy in Vilnius after the strike on Sumy, which killed at least 34 people.
The statement from the country's foreign policy agency is quoted by the Lithuanian broadcaster LRT.
The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry said that “those behind this strike will not escape justice,” and then summoned a representative of the Russian embassy in Vilnius.
“Responsibility is also shared by all those who work for the criminal Kremlin regime, including Russian diplomats,” they noted.
As of Sunday evening, the death toll from the two strikes on Sumy on April 13 has risen to 34, with 117 people injured, including 15 children.
