There Were 196 Military Clashes On The Front During The Second Day Of Putin's "ceasefire"

The General Staff of the AFU announced the details.
Contrary to Putin's fake "truce", the Russian occupation army continues its offensive against the positions of Ukrainian troops. During the day on May 9, 196 military clashes were recorded on the front.
The most active hostilities remain in the Novopavlovsk and Pokrovsk directions. This is stated in the summary of the AFU General Staff on the morning of May 10.
In the course of the day, the occupants carried out 34 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, including the dropping of 69 guided bombs. In addition, the enemy made more than 4100 shelling, including 35 from multiple rocket launchers, and attracted 2174 kamikaze drones for defeat. The aggressor carried out airstrikes in the areas of the settlements of Boyaro-Lezhachi, Doroshevka, Manukhovka, Novaya Sloboda in Sumy region.
In turn, the aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit seven areas of concentration of personnel and equipment, one drone control point, three artillery systems and two other important targets of the Russian invaders.
In the Kharkiv direction, the aggressor stormed six times the positions of the AFU near Volchansk.
In the Kupyansk direction, three attacks of the occupants occurred over the past day. The defense forces repelled enemy assaults in the areas of Zagryzovoye and Novaya Kruglyakovka.
In the Limansk direction, the enemy attacked 17 times. The enemy tried to advance near Lipovoye, Redkodub, Yampolevka and in the direction of Grekovka, Novyi Mir, Zelenaya Dolina.
In the Seversk direction during the day the enemy carried out eight attacks on the positions of AFU units near Belogorovka, Grigoryevka and Verhnekamenskoye.
In the Kramatorsk direction ten military clashes were recorded in the areas of Chasovoye Yar, Belaya Gora, Kurdyumovka and Aleksandro-Shultino.
On the Toretsk direction the enemy made 15 attacks near Dachnoye, Dilievka, Shcherbinovka and Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the Ukrainian defenders stopped 65 offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of Alexandropol, Novotoretske, Kotlino, Udachnoye, Novoaleksandrovka, Novaya Poltavka, Promin, Elizavetovka, Dachenskoye, Zverevoye, Udachnoye, Kotlyarovka, Andreevka, Lysovka, Myrolubovka, Malinovka, Novonikolayivka and Troitskoye.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 31 attacks on the positions of our troops near the settlements of Bogatyr, Konstantinopol, Odradnoye, Rovnopol, Novoselka, Svobodnoye Polye, Privolnoye and in the direction of Novopol, Shevchenko, Zelenoye Polye.
In the Gulyaypol direction, the enemy did not carry out offensive actions over the past 24 hours.
In the Orekhovsky direction, the Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled six enemy attacks in the areas of Maly Shcherbakov, Stepnoye and Shcherbakov.
In the past 24 hours in the Pridneprovsky direction, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to advance to the AFU fortifications six times.
In the operational zone in the Kursk region, the Ukrainian Defense Forces units repelled 19 attacks by Russian invaders over the past 24 hours. In addition, the enemy made 13 air strikes with the use of 21 guided bombs, as well as made 316 artillery attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including one from multiple rocket launchers.
In the Volyn and Polesie directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups have been detected.
Ukrainian soldiers inflict tangible losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying forces and actively undermine the enemy's offensive potential in the rear. In total, over the past day the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1,310 people. Also, Ukrainian soldiers disarmed four tanks, seven armored combat vehicles, 49 artillery systems, one air defense vehicle, 36 unmanned aerial vehicles of operational-tactical level and 106 units of automotive equipment of the occupants.
