Famous footballer Eric Cantona tried himself as an automobile designer. The former Manchester United and French national team striker has designed a special version of the Ford Capri electric car.

Eric Cantona worked in tandem with stylist Thomas Morel. They decided to customize the new Ford Capri and paint it in the orange color that was used on Capri racing coupes back in the 70s.
In addition, the sides were decorated with graphics in the form of the number 7, which was the number Eric Cantona raced under. In addition, there was a rear spoiler, original 21-inch disks and black glossy decor. On the front fender of the car the former soccer player left his autograph.
In the interior of the Ford Capri there are contrasting orange inserts and seams, and the headrests of the seats were decorated with images of the silhouette of the soccer player.
And on the center console Eric Cantona decided to put his extravagant quote: "When a goat follows his hero in his car, it's because the lord of the racetrack is returning. The legend is back."
The refinement took a 282-horsepower, rear-wheel-drive Ford Capri electric car with a 77 kW∙h battery. It can accelerate to 100 km/h in 6.4 seconds and travel 594 km without recharging.
