Sky News: Trump Will Not Attend Ukraine-Russia Talks In Istanbul

US President Donald Trump will not attend the Ukraine-Russia talks in Istanbul.

This is reported by Sky News.

It is noted that President Trump does not intend to travel to Turkey to attend the Russia-Ukraine talks, a US official told Reuters.

The US president suggested that he might attend the talks in Istanbul, which Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said he would attend, but only on the condition that Vladimir Putin also attends.

The Russian president, however, appears to have declined the offer, as his name is not on the list of delegates traveling to Turkey.
