Record For The Whole War: Russia Launched Almost 300 Drones In Ukraine

Air forces of the AFU told about the reflection of the attack.

On the night of May 18, the Russian army attacked Ukraine with a record number of attack drones during the war. "Shaheds" and imitation drones were launched from five directions.

The command of the AFU Air Force announced the launch of 273 drones of various types.

The previous record for the number of drones launched at Ukraine by the Russian Armed Forces was set on the night of February 23. The occupants used ballistic missiles and 267 attack UAVs to attack Ukraine.

The occupants launched Shaked and imitation drones from Bryansk, Kursk, Orel, Millerovo and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.

Ukrainian air defense forces shot down 88 Shaked drones in the east, north and center of Ukraine. In addition, 128 vehicles were "locationally lost."

As of 9:04 a.m., one more drone was in the air, with combat operations underway. Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions were affected by the Russian attack.
