Prisoners From The Colony "Vitba" Are Massively Transferred To Other Penal Institutions

Seventy-five political prisoners are held there.

Prisoners from Vitsebsk colony № 3 began to be massively transferred to other colonies. This is reported by the human rights center "Viasna".

The transfer of convicts to other colonies is associated with the repair work in the industrial zone "Vitsba" - the enterprises of the industrial zone of Penal Colony No. 3 are already undergoing repairs. Most of the prisoners were transferred to IK-17 in Shklou, IK-15 in Mahiliou and IK-22 "Wolf's holes".

According to human rights activists, 75 political prisoners are held in "Vitba".
