In Svetlogorsk, schools, kindergartens, children's art centers and other educational institutions have been ordered to carry out political purges. The human rights activists of "Homelskaya Viasna" write that all the employees, who have been brought to administrative or criminal responsibility for political reasons since 2020, should be dismissed from their jobs.

The corresponding order was sent by the education officials even to private institutions, providing educational or upbringing services. Not only teaching staff, but also service personnel are to be dismissed.
