President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he held a meeting with top military officers regarding Ukraine's ability to mirror Russian shelling.

"Chief of Staff Syrsky, Chief of General Staff Gnatov, Defense Minister, there was also Umerov. The question of planning our actions, our readiness to respond to Russian strikes, to their threats, and also to act preventively, and this means increasing our production - our drones, our missiles," the head of state said.

He said Ukraine is actively engaging businesses in the production of weapons - primarily drones, interceptors, cruise missiles and ballistics.

In addition, new agreements with allies in Europe are being prepared to invest in Ukrainian production - primarily of unmanned and long-range elements.

"Of course, we cannot speak publicly about our plans, about our capabilities, but the prospect is clear: to mirror all Russian threats and challenges. They there, in Russia, should feel clearly the consequences of what they are doing against Ukraine," Zelensky added.
