The occupiers are developing new versions of drones at one of their facilities.

On the night of Wednesday, May 28, a series of explosions took place in the two Russian cities of Dubna and Zelenograd in the Moscow region. The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Andrey Kovalenko indicated that unknown drones hit the machine-building plant named after N. P. Fedorov. N. P. Fedorov and ELMA Technopark.

In his Telegram channel, he noted that the machine-building plant, which operates in the military economy mode, has been part of the Kronstadt concern for five years and is one of the key nodes of Russia's defense complex. According to him, this enterprise specializes in the production of combat drones. In particular, we are talking about the Orion complex, which Russia uses against our country. The occupants at the plant have deployed large-scale serial production of drones and are developing there new versions of drones with increased combat capabilities. This plant, despite the sanctions pressure, is increasing the production of drones.

"The Dubna plant has composite processing shops, modern assembly lines for avionics and control systems," Kovalenko noted.

Another military facility that has come under drone attack is the ELMA Technopark in Zelenograd (in the Russian Federation, this city is called the "Silicon Valley"). Enterprises in this high-tech cluster specialize in the development of medical and robotics, IT solutions, and microelectronics. There, Russians manufacture elements and microchips for guidance systems and drone control units.

Kovalenko claims that this technopark is one of the centers where import substitution of critical components, which were previously imported from Western countries, continues.

Yesterday, drones hit a factory in Tatarstan, where the occupiers produce Shaheds, as well as a chemical plant in the Ivanovo region.
