Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov has said that a meeting between Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is possible, but it "should be the result of specific agreements."
Russian propaganda agency TASS reported.
Peskov said during the briefing that there had been "no changes" in Moscow's position on a possible meeting between Putin and Zelensky.
He said that drafts of "memorandums between Russia and Ukraine" would soon become known. According to him, work on the Russian document "is at the final stage".
Peskov claimed that after that "we will talk about a new round of negotiations."
