Putin's War Plan

Why it's important to disrupt it.

Almost since the beginning of the War of Attrition, I have argued that our main task in the conflict with Russia for the next decades is to coexist according to the scheme of "long peace - short wars", which, in the end, should lead to peace when the aggressor is convinced of the futility of his calculations.

And this formula is not my invention at all, the Middle East lived in this mode until 7.10.2023.

But we must understand that Putin has a different formula - a long war and a short peace. This is the ideal formula for a terrorist state, a terrorist organization. This is the formula that Hamas leaders are trying to impose on Israel today.

Because life in the regime of long wars is not only a war of attrition. It is the inevitable degradation of society, the erosion of democracy, the intensification of radical sentiment and apathy, the loss of faith. This is fatigue, undermining of reputation, lack of investment.

That is why it is strategically important to thwart this Putin's plan.
