The pro-war Telegram channel "Voevoda broadcasts" published a video allegedly showing a Russian serviceman purposefully firing a grenade launcher at a half-destroyed house in Suja, writes "Meduza".

The Kursk edition of "Pepel" geolocated the video and concluded that it was indeed filmed in Suja, and the military man was firing in the direction of an Orthodox church. The head of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinstein, reacted to the video. "As it turned out, a check has already been conducted on this fact. And he will already answer for his actions in another court: in early June, he died in a traffic accident while evading the pursuit of the State Traffic Inspectorate," the official wrote in his Telegram channel.
