At a meeting between North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un and Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu, an agreement was reached to send migrant workers to the Russian Federation who could later start signing contracts with the aggressor state's army.
According to War Zone reported the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Kirill Budanov.
He noted that there are currently about 11,000 North Korean military personnel in the Kursk region.
"But there is also the issue of [Shoigu's] visit to North Korea. And there, among other things, he agreed to start the work of so-called migrant workers on Russian territory to partially replace migrant workers from Central Asia, whom they consider unstable for their state and vulnerable to recruitment by our special services and Western ones," he said.
