In Moscow arrested the director of the Minsk company "Aviation Manufactory" Valery Zyaziulin. This is reported on the website of the Lefortovo district court of Moscow, the Russian "Mediazone" has drawn attention.

The Lefortovo district court of Moscow sent Zyazulin to the pre-trial detention center on charges of illegal export of arms from Russia (part 1 of article 189 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The full criminal article reads as follows: "Illegal export from the Russian Federation or transfer to a foreign person or his representative of goods or technologies, weapons or military equipment, illegal performance of work for a foreign person or his representative or illegal rendering of services to a foreign person or his representative, in respect of which export control is knowingly established for the guilty party." Zyazulin faces up to seven years in prison.

The details of the case are unknown.

The publication notes that on May 29, Zyazulin was sent under arrest for 13 days under the article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). According to the protocol, the previous day around six o'clock in the evening, Zyazyulin swore on the street in the center of Moscow. He did not admit guilt and said that he "was detained by FSB officers under other circumstances and taken to the Basmanny District IAB."

The company Aviatsionnaya Manufktura, which Zyazyulin heads, is engaged in "processing of metal products using the main technological processes of machine building." He also had a sole proprietorship in Belarus, listing "wholesale trade in other machinery and equipment" as his main activity. It has now been closed. In Russia, Zyaziulin managed the company "Skylift", which was engaged in air transportation. It was liquidated in 2018.
