In central Israel, two people were killed in a direct hit by an Iranian missile. Another 21 people were injured.
Israel's national medical service MDA reported the news.

"Medics are treating and evacuating 21 patients, one of whom is in critical condition, several people are seriously injured and the rest are in mild to moderate condition," the MDA said.
Property and infrastructure at the site were damaged.
At the same time, Sheba Medical Center reported that a total of 43 victims of overnight shelling were being treated at the facility. 23 have been discharged from the hospital.
The Shamir Asaf a-Rofe Medical Center in central Israel received four wounded as a result of the latest shelling. Two of them are in moderate condition, while two others suffered minor injuries.
Overnight, seven wounded were evacuated to the Ikhilov Medical Center. One of them was in moderate condition, and the rest were hospitalized with minor injuries.
Iran has already carried out four waves of attacks on Israel since the evening of June 13. With the missile strikes, Tehran is retaliating for an IDF operation that previously attacked military and nuclear facilities in Iran.
