Someone here the other day showed a deep knowledge of economic theories and practices. He said that he, as an earthly economist, knows what is what. Why an earthly economist, don't ask me.
I don't know. Maybe because he digs deep. Or maybe he's just getting closer to the earth.
That's not the point. The point is that someone explained some of the peculiarities of doing business in retail. Imagine, it turns out that some people do retail business with the help of bank loans. They repay these loans in "three or four years", but then the terrible thing begins.
"Everything, the net profit gets - rest the manager. In short, imagine the depth of moral decline.
And just before that, someone subtly understood the cinematic process. He said that filmmakers should be gathered behind barbed wire and not fed until they sell a creative product with the right ideological content.
The "not feeding" is my rationalization, but the barbed wire is an example of state thinking.

What's my point? I realize, of course, that the witnesses of stability of various administrative levels consider someone to be the main guarantor of their stability. But, you know, if I were them, I wouldn't count much on that guarantee. And not even because the guarantor's own guarantees are expiring literally in front of their eyes.
I'm talking about something else.
I'm talking about the fact that the guarantor's ideas about stability and his witnesses who have retained adequate perceptions of reality, in my opinion, diverge the further they go. Because ideas about potato conspiracy and creative process from behind barbed wire are not about stability.
It is a little bit about another phenomenon. It is manifested by a persistent decline in cognitive functions with the loss of previously acquired knowledge and the inability to obtain new ones.
And it would be all right if the guarantor would make his manifestations non-publicly, without damage to the environment, and the daily management activities would be carried out by someone with more adequate perceptions of reality. But these cognitive manifestations of the guarantor are accompanied by increased mobility.
He has to prove his wow every day in the mode of manual control. Otherwise no one will believe him. And that is why the expiring guarantor is now the main threat to stability and all its witnesses.
