Who is responsible for livestock grazing?

Lukashenka stated about the historical cattle grazing in Belarus. What are the main reasons for this phenomenon? The site Charter97.org asked for a comment to the veterinarian:

- Our chief was put in jail without explanations and accusations, right after Lukashenko's fiery speech. The chief veterinarian. A couple of other people along with him.

- Intimidation, threats, blackmail and accusations. The executive committee held an accusatory and demonstrative meeting. Most of all, those who have a nose to the grindstone or have been previously prosecuted for bribery tried hardest. Most of the people quit, and there is no one to work.

If Lukashenko had actually worked in a collective farm, a citizen would know that the calf mortality was, is and will be!

In most farms there is only "holy water and the initiative of a veterinarian". Not everywhere there is even decent pay.

But someone suddenly forgot that the chief veterinarian is just a hired worker, and he does what he is told.

And until Lukashenko dies, nothing will change

While everyone is silent how cattle farms are slaughtered because of brucellosis, and pigs are almost all slaughtered because of African plague. And almost the whole republic today is working on Russian raw materials.
