The sanctions list was added new individuals and organizations within the framework of programs aimed at preventing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and support for terrorist structures associated with Iran.

The sanctions include:

individuals and vessels involved in the trade of oil of the Houthis in Yemen;

organizations of oil logistics and transportation (sea vessels).

companies supplying equipment for the production of missiles and other dual-use items.

It is noted that the sanctions are aimed at disrupting financial channels of support for Iran, especially in the field of oil exports and military technology.

These measures are part of a strategy to isolate Iran and limit its ability to develop weapons of mass destruction.

A separate signal is sent to other countries (such as China) to control the supply of dual-use goods.
