Iranian President Will Not Come To Minsk For The EAEU Summit

The summit will be held on June 27.

Due to the tense situation around Tehran's nuclear program and the conflict with Israel, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian will not be able to personally attend the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) summit in Minsk on June 27, Russian Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov told reporters. According to him, the Iranian leader will record a video message for the summit.

"Iranian President Pezeshkian, for obvious reasons, will not participate in person, will not come to Minsk, but will send a video message," Interfax quoted Ushakov as saying.
