A spokesman for Kremlin ruler Putin, Dmitri Peskov, fell asleep right during a speech by his boss.

This happened at a plenary session of the Eurasian Economic Forum, which is being held in Minsk this year. As is known, the Eurasian Economic Union includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

The Kremlin chief said during his speech that the volume of trade turnover of the EAEU corresponds to the world's leading economic countries. At the same time, he complained about problems in dialog with the World Bank "due to the engagement of Western financial institutions."
