The money's being flown in by airplanes.
Belarus supplies air defense systems and trains personnel to Myanmar. Payment is in cash, and the money is transported by airplanes. This is evidenced by correspondence and documents obtained by the human rights initiative Justice For Myanmar, reports "Euroradio".
According to leaked official correspondence, Belarus has transferred a customized air defense operational command system known as MADOC to the Myanmar armed forces. Also mentioned are deliveries of the V3D radar system (presumably the Vostok 3D) and the GMS-II complex - likely a modernized version of the Soviet Kvadrat-M system.
The contracts for these deliveries are signed in 2019 and 2021. In January 2022, Belspetsvneshtekhnika sent a reminder to the Myanmar Ministry of Defense to pay for the ordered goods. The letter contains an offer to settle in cash and send a Belarusian airplane to Naypyidaw to receive the funds. It is also mentioned that such settlements had taken place before.
