Putin Is Afraid Of Negotiations With Zelensky

Russian dictator says he has "nothing to talk about" with Ukraine's president.

Russia's ruler Vladimir Putin has said he does not know what to negotiate at the highest level with the Ukrainian side after a bridge was blown up in the Bryansk region. He said this at a meeting with members of the government.

"They ask to suspend hostilities for 30 or even 60 days, they ask for a summit meeting. But how to hold such meetings under these conditions. What to talk about, who even negotiates with those who bet on terror, with terrorists?" he said.

Bridges in Russian regions were blown up on the night of June 1.
