According to him, the new missile program was launched back in May 2022, but at that time the Ministry of Strategic Industry was rather weak in its implementation. In July, the first successful tests took place, after which President Vladimir Zelensky started talking about the possibility of bringing the domestic ballistics program to completion.

Badrak believes that since July 2024, the administration of the said missile program has already been correct, as there is a specialized deputy defense minister and a relevant department.

"As far as I know, in mid-May, tests were held, which are assessed as extremely successful - almost 300 km the missile overcame and destroyed a Russian command post, and a very important part of the missile's performance. For comparison, the new American ballistic missile is only 91 kilograms. It can be seen that we will have this powerful weapon. I hope that we will move forward, the main thing is to scale quickly and very logically," he summarized.
