In the city of Istra in the Moscow region suffered two people as a result of a drone attack. This was reported by the region's governor Andrey Vorobyov, reports "Real Time".

He said that overnight air defense systems shot down nine drones in the Moscow region - in Zaraisk, Odintsovo, Domodedovo, Istra and Solnechnogorsk.

"Most of the drones were destroyed on the approach. Unfortunately, not without casualties. Two residents - a man and a woman - were wounded by shrapnel in Istra, in the Yubileiny SNT," Vorobyev wrote.

He added that a private house was damaged because of the drone attack - the roof, a wall, outbuildings and a car were damaged.

Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin wrote about 10 downed UAVs that flew at the Russian capital on the afternoon of June 6 and the night of June 7.

The Russian Defense Ministry says that on the night of June 7, air defense forces shot down 36 drones over Kursk, Bryansk, Kaluga, Smolensk and Moscow regions.

The agency said that between 2:30 p.m. Moscow time on June 6 and midnight on June 7, the Russian military intercepted or destroyed another 82 Ukrainian drones in the Bryansk, Belgorod, Kursk, Orel, Tula, Ryazan and Kaluga regions, as well as in the Moscow region.
