Zelensky: Ukraine Destroyed Three Iskander Installations

The installations were destroyed in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has said that as a result of a strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on June 5, three Iskander-M installations were destroyed in the Bryansk Region. He said this during an evening address.

He said that Ukraine's Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and Commander-in-Chief Alexander Syrsky reported to him today. First of all, the talk was about the actions of Ukrainian soldiers on the front line.

"There is something to be thankful for. This week our soldiers have successfully destroyed the positions of the Russians - exactly those positions from which they hit Ukraine, our communities, our people. The other day three Iskander installations were destroyed - it was the destruction of just killers," Zelensky said.

The Ukrainian head of state also recalled the shooting down of a Russian Su-35 fighter jet and damage to military helicopters.

"There are also new defeats of Russian military logistics, airfields. This helps our defense - every complication for Russia matters for na," the president stated.
