There Is An Atypical Situation In The Labor Market Of Belarus

The number of vacancies has broken through the psychological mark.

The shortage of personnel continues to grow in Belarus. As of June 8, 210,941 vacancies were opened on the website of the State Employment Service.

The leader in the number of offers in the labor market is Minsk - 58,199 jobs are registered here. The second place is occupied by Minsk region with 34 651 vacancies. Next are Brest (26 187), Homel (24 447), Vitebsk (22 665), Hrodna (22 640) and Mahiliou voblasts (21 599).

Interestingly, when adding up the regional data, the total amount of 210 388 vacancies is obtained, which is slightly different from the total number of vacancies on the site of the Employment Service.

Reminder, the mark of 200 thousand number of vacancies exceeded in the second half of April this year.
