A North Korean Navy ship that capsized and partially sank during a botched launching ceremony on May 21 has now been moved to a port near the Russian border.
As CNN writes, Maxar Technologies satellite images show the 5,000-ton destroyer in dry dock at the port of Rajin, part of North Korea's Rason Special Economic Zone, which adjoins its short border with Russia.

"North Korea is not believed to have the technology for hydroacoustic systems, so they probably imported them from China or Russia," Kim said.
