China Reacts To SBU Arrest Of Spies Collecting Secret Data On Neptune Missiles

The country's Foreign Ministry is looking into the information about the detention of its citizens.
China is now verifying information about the arrest in Ukraine of two Chinese citizens accused of espionage. This was stated by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning, reports Newsweek.
She said that "the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese citizens should be protected" in this case.
In particular, China says that the country is not involved in the war and does not supply weapons to either side, however, during the conflict in Ukraine, China and Russia deepened their strategic partnership, Newsweek writes.
Reminder, on July 9, it became known that SBU detained Chinese spies, who tried to illegally export to China secret documentation on the Ukrainian missile system RK-360MC "Neptun".
