The Ukrainian General Staff reported new details.

On the night of July 11, units of the Unmanned Systems Force of the AFU, acting together with other structures of the Defense Forces, attacked two significant military facilities on Russian territory.

This was reported by the AFU General Staff on its official channel. One of the hit sites was the Lukhovitsky Voronin Aviation Plant, a branch of the RGC MiG Corporation.

This enterprise performs the entire cycle of work on the development of Russian fighter jets: from machining parts to final assembly, testing and delivery of finished machines to the military.

"Explosions and fire were recorded on the territory of the plant," the Ukrainian military said in a statement.

The second target is the Academician Shipunov Instrument Design Bureau. This facility plays an important role in the production of missiles for anti-aircraft systems, including both anti-aircraft missile systems and anti-aircraft missile-cannon systems.

According to the General Staff, the strike on the design bureau was carried out by the efforts of the AFU Special Operations Forces and the Security Service of Ukraine, supported by other units.

"Explosions, clouds of smoke over the industrial zone, as well as the movement of ambulances and firefighting equipment in the direction of the target were observed," the report specifies.

The exact consequences of the attacks are now being clarified, but the facts of the hits are confirmed visually.

The Ukrainian General Staff emphasized that such strikes are aimed at weakening the enemy's ability to conduct missile and bomb attacks on Ukrainian territory and undermining the aggressor's military economy.

"The defense forces continue to do everything possible to reduce the military potential of the Russian occupiers and force Russia to stop its armed aggression against Ukraine," the report concluded.

The attacks on enterprises involved in the production of military equipment are part of Ukraine's strategic plan to weaken the logistics and industrial base of the Russian army. According to analysts, such strikes complicate the restoration and modernization of Russia's combat aviation and air defense assets.
