Russian troops attacked Lviv on July 12. Explosions erupted in several neighborhoods of the city, hits and destruction were recorded.
Damage was inflicted on residential buildings, a kindergarten and cars, and a fire broke out in one of the landing sites. About the consequences of the attack told the mayor of Lviv Andriy Sadovy.
According to the mayor, explosions in the morning of July 12 were heard in several districts of Lviv. Arrivals were also recorded, in particular on Metropolitan Andriy and Elena Stepanovna streets.
"According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. Residents were in shelters. Several people were given first aid on the spot," Sadovyi noted.

The Lviv OVA specified that the enemy managed to damage a two-story apartment building on Metropolitan Andrei Street.

"There is partial destruction of the entrance. There was a gas and water leak. Preliminarily there are no dead or injured. There are no fires. 20 rescuers and other services are working on the site," the head of Lviv OSA Maksym Kozitsky told about 5 am.
Sadovy added that the roof of a non-residential building was on fire in Lviv's Zheleznodorozhny district. The area of the fire reached about 200 m².
"Several houses, including residential ones, a kindergarten were damaged, many windows were broken, dozens of cars were damaged. The contact network has also been severed. Because of this, trolleybuses No. 22, 30 and 32 will not run in the morning," Sadovy listed the consequences of the attack.



All services are working at the sites of the arrivals, Lviv's mayor emphasized at 05:43.


The air alert in Lviv was declared at around 3 a.m.. Half an hour later Sadovyi said that explosions were heard in several districts of the city, and closer to 4 am it was already known about a hit in several districts of the regional center.
