Trump Announced The Delivery Of 17 Patriot To Ukraine

According to him, the SAMs will be sent to Ukraine in the near future.

US President Donald Trump said on Monday, July 14, that some countries that have Patriot SAMs may soon transfer them to Ukraine. He also revealed that one country could send 17 Patriot to Ukraine.

The US president made this statement during a briefing with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in the Oval Office.

When asked by a reporter about the supply of Patriot ammunition and batteries to Ukraine, Trump said that some "will arrive very soon, within a few days." The president said he was talking about "a complete kit with batteries." He said several countries that have Patriot systems will give them to Ukraine and the U.S. will produce new systems for them in return.

"They will start arriving very soon... One country has 17 Patriot ready to go. They're not going to need them. We will make a deal on 17, or a large portion of those 17...They will go to the war zone, it could happen very soon," the White House chief said.
