Drones Hit A Strategic Plant In Russia's Lipetsk Region

Smoke is billowing over a strategic facility in Russia's Elets in the Lipetsk region after a drone attack. According to preliminary data, it is about the Energia plant.

Night in the region was declared red level "Threat of UAV attack". This was reported by local governor Igor Artamonov.

Sounds of explosions were also heard in Voronezh and Rostov regions.

"Air defense forces on duty in the suburbs of Voronezh and one of the districts of the region detected and destroyed several unmanned aerial vehicles.According to preliminary data, there were no casualties or damage.The UAV attack danger regime in the region remains in place," the Voronezh regional governor reported.

In the Rostov region, authorities said there were allegedly no casualties or damage. Russia's Defense Ministry said 55 drones were shot down overnight.
