According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Ellison's fortune has reached $251.2 billion - all thanks to the meteoric rise of Oracle stock, which has nearly tripled since ChatGPT launched in November 2022.

Oracle's stock price has surged more than 90 percent in the past three months, thanks to a series of big cloud deals.
