Belarus Started To Collect Monthly Data On The Number Of "deadbeats"

The unemployed are summoned to the ROVD for meetings.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has started to require government agencies to provide information on "able-bodied citizens not employed in the economy" on a monthly basis. For this purpose, reporting forms are sent out, which must be filled out by the beginning of each month. The data are then summarized and sent to the Interior Ministry in the form of a report, a source in the executive branch told "Flagpole".

As previously reported, the Interior Ministry, together with labor and employment departments and district commissions for employment assistance, "work out the citizens" who are in the database of "unemployed in the economy."

The idea is that the officially unemployed are called to the police department for meetings, which are called "educational meetings.
