The Kremlin believes that Donald Trump's decision to resume arms deliveries to Ukraine in a way that will not contribute to attempts at a peaceful settlement.

The spokesman for the Russian dictator Dmitri Peskov said this, Censor.NET.

He said that the Kremlin realized that arms deliveries to Ukraine continue.

"Obviously, the Europeans are also taking an active part in pumping arms into Ukraine," Peskov said.

He also said that the Kremlin considers Trump's actions to be such that they "do not lie in line with attempts to promote a peaceful settlement."
